South African musician, Cassper Nyovest, is ready and waiting for arguable South Africa’s most long-awaited boxing match against his opponent, AKA. Whilst he had resorted to accepting the fact that he had packed on the pounds since becoming a daddy, Cass has had a change of heart and decided it was time to get right in the gym.

In a Twitter video today, 24 November 2020, the Any Minute Now creator shared a video of himself lifting weights in the gym, as he appeared to look focused on his mission to rebuild muscle. He captioned the post with, “A slow comeback is better than no comeback. #TrainingForAKnockout #DontRunLilMan”. Referencing to AKA as “lil man”, the rapper is certain that the boxing match is a shew win, and is waiting in anticipation for the day it happens.

One of his fans asked the question that is on EVERYONE’S mind… when is it going to happen?! Cass then responded with, “As soon as the other gentleman signs so we can pick a date. Nami ngilindile mfethu. I can’t wait to put on a show and instil discipline!!!”. His tweet insinuated that AKA was the one that was delaying the fight, and indicated that he was perhaps nervous of what Cass was going to do.

In a recent interview with Slikour on Onlife Radio the rapper said he has been training very hard to defeat AKA. The rappers decided that they will get into the boxing ring and settle their beef. When Slikour told him that AKA has also been posting videos of him at the gym Cassper dissed him and said he is not even boxing and said he punches like Connie Ferguson. “That’s not even boxing bro, that’s like Connie Ferguson does that stuff… I’m really gonna hurt him,” he said. AKA responded by saying Connie would kick his as*, “That’s funny …. because Connie Ferguson would kick his as*.”

Whilst Cassper seems to be getting his body back after previously accepting the fact that he had gained weight. One of his followers ask, “Chubby season over?!” to which he responded with, “Nah, Sexy Cubby is a lifestyle!!! Hahah sexy chubby never die!!! Just playing with weights again to get my frame looking nice again.”
