The country is livid over the untimely passing of young Lufuno Mavhungu, who took her own life after a video of her getting beaten by another scholar went viral. The 15-year-old Limpopo scholar allegedly overdosed on prescription pills just hours after the video was shared on social media.Mzansi is saddened by the news of Lufuno’s suicide which was caused by another pupil over, what many speculate, a R5 coin. Many of our celebrities have expressed their anguish and have taken to social media to relay their thoughts.

Prince Kaybee who has invested a lot of his time in addressing societal issues will be attending the funeral of young Lufuno. When the country learned about her story he said, “May her soul rest in peace. I honestly don’t have words for this, the trauma in her eyes is so loud.” He then slammed those who were cheering the bully on, “But some of them were clapping when she was being slapped like an animal. Sad how her death prompted this, sies.”

He then said he would be attending her funeral.

Taking to social media, she revealed that this has been the most difficult time for her and the Tembe family. “I miss you with all my heart @nelli_tembe the mornings are the most difficult, and it’s only been 2 without you.”Actress Nondumiso Tembe is heartbroken over the passing of her cousin Nellie. She took to social media to thank the public for the support they’ve given to her family.

On Sunday Morning, the Tembe and Forbes’ families released an official statement regarding the passing of their beloved daughter, fiancé and daughter-in-law.

“It is with the deepest regret that we, the Tembe and Forbes families, confirm the untimely passing of our beloved fiancé, daughter, sister and daughter-in-law, Anele Tembe (22). Anele tragically passed on in the early hours of this morning, Sunday 11 April 2021

“We are still in shock and are dealing with our emotions, as she was an exceptional and gifted young woman, with so much life ahead of her. She had a sweet nature about her and was always nurturing to those around her.

“Her fiancé, Kiernan Forbes, is currently inconsolable and is surrounded by family and closest friends.

“At this hour of our grief, we humbly request that our families be given privacy and time to heal.”

However, LGBTQI community were really pissed with his tweet as they called him out for doing nothing to the numerous cases of queer deaths that have been going around on social media.

They went on to share their anger as they felt Siv is more favored that the real queer people who all they get is negativity and hatred.

Mohale Mataung spills the tea on his relationship with Somizi

Mohale Mataung has finally opened up about his relationship with Somizi.The star spilled the tea on an interview with Power FM sharing what the latest on their relationship.

Upon seeing the tweet, South Africans sparked with a mix of rage and happiness.

While some claimed that the late star was disrespected with such claim, others said Kamo is either a reincarnation of Lebo or the tweet is true.
