Somizi announced this week that Khumalo will be performing at his Somizi’s Shades of Pink

South African media personality Somizi Mhlongo has proven himself to be a friend and a half. While his close friend Kelly Khumalo is being crucified on social media, he has stuck by her, even giving her a spot on his event performance list. The star announced this week that Khumalo will be performing at his Somizi’s Shades of Pink.

The announcement comes shortly after the star had been dropped by two events where she had been set to perform following certain revelations during the ongoing trial of her late boyfriend Senzo Meyiwa.

Local songbird Kelly Khumalo has been going through a rough time ever since the Senzo Meyiwa trial started up again.

Fans of her late boyfriend Senzo Meyiwa have been demanding answers about his 2014 death at their home in Vosloorus which was initially reported to be a home invasion.

During the trial, it was revealed that Kelly had been in contact with at least one of the suspects accused of the murder.
