Ndivhudzannyi Ralivhona known professionally to public as Makhadzi is a South African singer and song writer. She is best known for her songs “Tshanda Vhuya” and “Matorokisi

Makhadzi was born on the 30th of June 1996 in a small village called Ha-Mashamba Tshivhangani, just outside Elim

in Limpopo province. After her parents separated, Ndivhudzannyi and her two siblings had to stay with their mother. Makhadzicompleted her grade 12 at Mukula Integrated School and she is currently studying Drama.

Makhadzi’s first album was released in 2012, and so far she has released 6 albums in total as in the year of 2020. Makhadzi used to perform at Taxi ranks and streets, getting money from people’s offerings. She broke into fame after she released an crazy hit song” Matorokisi” which became a big song within few months. The song took many South African’s hearts as it was also having it’s own challenge.

Makhadzi’s recent album “Kokovha” was released on the 16 of October 2020 and it is currently doing well as one of the hit song “Murau” was named as song of the year on numerous South African radio stations
