Tsepo Ngwane was born on the 21st of July 1976, at Ermelo in Mpumalanga province. He was playing the character of Mduduzi ‘Mdu’ Sibiya. Before he joined Zone 14, he played the role of Thiza on the SABC 1’s drama series; Yizo Yizo; which aired from 1999 to 2004.

The talented actor Tshepo died at Jabulani Hospital in Soweto on the 27th of October 2015 due to a short illness. He died at the age of 39 years.

2. Christopher Kubheka as Bazooka

Christopher Kubheka was a South African actor best known for his role as Bazooka Khumba on Zone 14. He was previously known for his role as Gunman in the iconic, hard-hitting SABC1 drama series Yizo Yizo.

Christopher was born in 1969. This actor committed suicide due to depression on the 12th of June 2017. He died at the age of 48 years at Soshanguve in Gauteng province.

3. Thuli Simelane as Tjovo

Thuli Simelane was a South African actress, best known for her acting role ‘Tjovo’ on Zone 14.

Thuli died at the age of 37 years on the 28th of June 2014 at Charlotte Maxeke Joburg Academic Hospital due to heart failure.

4. Luzuko Nteleko as Loyiso

Luzuko was a South African actor best known for his television roles as Loyiso on Zone 14 and as Student Constable Lebogang Chuene on Streets of Mangaung, in 2012. He actually appeared on multiple number of Mzansi TV stories including Muvhango

Luzuko was born on the 16th of February 1985 in Sebokeng, Gauteng. He died this year; 2021 on the 21st of June due to brain cancer, at the age of 36 years.
