Zodwa and Manaka get the infamous Rasta treatment

South African South African artist Rasta The Artist — real name Lebani Thaka David Sirenje — has become quite popular over the years. This is because his portraits — which are usually tributes to local legends — have a way of making people laugh. He has once again left many tickled pink after he shared a portrait of SA’s latest boxing sensations, Manaka Ranaka and her opponent, exotic dancer Zodwa Wabantu.

In recent years, South African artist Rasta has gained himself a solid reputation as one of the most unique artists the country has to offer.

This is because his one of a kind portraits don’t always look like those he has painted.

Despite this, he continues to paint legendary South Africans — and sometimes famous people from around the world.His latest painting is none other than SA stars Manaka Ranaka and Zodwa Wabantu who recently faced off in a boxing ring.

Taking to Twitter, he shared photos of himself and the portrait which he captioned, “Woman boxing extravaganza,” while tagging the two.

The South African earlier reported how the two left SA disappointed with their pathetic fighting skills.

The match took place on Saturday 21 October at the Ridge Casino in Mpumalanga. Tickets for the event were sold for between R100 and R1000.
