Zama brings to life the character of Nosmilo, a woman who loses her husband suddenly. She is then left to deal with the garbage he left behind. She is a very bitter woman whose husband had been cheating on her and sired a child with his mistress. He then left that child a chunk of his estate in his final will and testament. Nosmilo felt disrespect of the highest form as she helped her husband build his business and was not ready to let the mistress and her child get anything.
