Bulelwa Mkutukana known as Zahara, had her love for music at an early age. The singer started off as a street musician and her fourth studio album earned commercial triumph. Zahara’s music career has always been surrounded with controversy and she has mostly fell to alcohol.

Social media users have had negative reactions to a weird video of Zahara singing. This followers after the singer appeared to be intoxicated and tripping over her words. The singer had struggled with alcoholism in the past and had made up here that she wanted to quit. Earlier on she has gone under fire after a video of her appeared showing her singing with a group of men.

Zahara appeared on Mac G’s podcast series and addressed her claimed alcoholism. On the episode Zahara was seen being emotional about the issue and says that she has been hesitant to discuss the issue because she had been portrayed as an alcoholic for too long.

In a recent video Zahara looks fatigued and disoriented at a concert, her voice sounds nothing like the Zahara fans know. On the video Zahara is preforming with another musician, where she sings with the fellow singer where she sings off key, confusing the fellow performer.
 

 

 

The video had drawn a lot of attention to her, with many assuming that she may have been intoxicated during the performance. Others feel that she needs to find professional help or resort to rehabilitation before things become worse.

Fans have now resorted into digging up her old video on Mac G’s podcast, where the musician made an promise that she does not have a drinking problem. In the podcast she said that there are no pictures or videos of her carrying the green bottle.

However, following the latest video, fans are truly convinced that Zahara is too drinking. Even after she said that she had quit drinking after she had one bottle of wine one time and it knocked her out. The singer admits that she once was drinking, saying she started drinking at age 24 but soon realised that alcohol doesn’t work for her.

It is not all bad news, Zahara said that she would be launching her new business, she announced that she would be launching her haircare range called County Girl which she would own half of it.

Her loyal fans would be waiting for her to come out and clear the air about the video.
