The awards were hosted on Twitter on Friday evening by Mzansi’s famous parody Twitter account Jan Van Potgieter. The Black Twitter Awards aims to celebrate the black community who entertain, educate, and make things go viral on the platform.

This the masses put their best digital foot forward as they attended the awards on Twitter. Our very own William Last KRM made us proud again when he was awarded the coveted Music Video of The Year award, for his music video Tinto. Taking to his Twitter account to celebrate his win he posted a snap of his awards with an emoji of folded hands.The video was released about a month ago and it has amassed more than one million views on Youtube and people are giving William his flowers for releasing a stunning music video. Taking to social media recently, the musician thanked his fans for helping him reach 1 million views.The music video got released last year after releasing his album which is conveniently named after his precious daughter, Amara William.

“My album and my whole life is dedicated to you, my baby girl!!! Your dad is trying…I LOVE YOU FOREVER,” wrote William. The 14th track album featured collabos from Kuli Chana, ATI, and Sal Angel. On the day of his album’s release, William penned a sweet birthday message to his daughter who was celebrating her birthday, and said since he welcomed her on earth his life has changed completely.”

Dubbed Botswana’s favorite comedian, William has always been a workaholic of note, and his talent continues to leave many fans mesmerized. William is still in his early 20’s but he has a huge social media following in Botswana that entertains many with comedy and music even across the world.
