Springboks captain Siya Kolisi’s God had saved him, silencing the haters.

The Springboks captain had been injured before the World Cup with a knee injury.

 

 

 

 

Many fans feared he would not make it into the World Cup squad, worse about winning it.

His wife, Rachel Kolisi, made headlines when she called out for prayers for Siya Kolisi to be healed by God faster.

“Hey friends!. Believing for a miracle. Would really appreciate if you could take a minute out your day to pray with us!. I’ve seen God do it before and believe he will do it again.”

Siya lifted his eyes to God, seeking help by sharing verses on Instagram.

During those days, Siya Kolisi and his family only believed in God for Siya’s healing.

Undoubtedly, he took proper medication, but they still believe that it was their God who saved him.

When some fans doubted him, Siya Kolisi’s God seemed to have healed him fast enough.

It also seemed that those haters did not want the Springboks to go on and win the World Cup.

Indeed, things did not go their way as the Springboks went on to win the 2023 Rugby World Cup.
