As it stands Lawyer for accused No.5 in the Senzo Meyiwa murder trial, Adv. Zandile Mshololo, has requested a postponement to go through a second docket that implicates 8 people, including Kelly Khumalo and her sister Zandi.

Adv Zandile Mshololo for accused number 5 says the NPA cannot charge people however it wants, she wants reasons from them why they decided to charge the 5 men & not those fingered in a second docket (Kelly Khumalo & the occupants in the house)
