Phindile Gwala has always been a family woman, and even her character in Imbewu-The Seed showed that side of her. Fikile was in love with Nkululeko and would have done anything for him and his child. She respected her in-laws even though she later discovered that she was part of the Bhengu family when her mother came. This led to her fall out with some of the family members and her exit from the show.
