Where did actress Mapula Mafole from Rhythm City disappear to?

Popular South African actress Mapula Mafole has undoubtedly been dubbed the darling of small screens thanks to her unmatched acting flair. She is best known for her on-screen character of Mapula on e.tv’s drama series Rhythm City.In the drama series, she starred as a troubled University student who had to balance peer pressure and a strict upbringing.


 

 

 

However, the drama series was canned after 14 years of airing, and many have been trying to connect the dots on the star actress’ whereabouts after the cancellation.

Most of the star-studded cast of Rhythm City quickly switched the floor to other productions, but that was not the case with Mapula Malofe.

The actress was reportedly one of the cast who turned to other avenues to earn a living. She reportedly folded back to modelling full-time and went on to furnish her craze of acting with some classes from The Market Theatre.

However, despite not starring in any big-budget drama series lately, Mapula Mafole has won big on small screens. The actress has starred in several productions, including Pila Pila, My Girlfriend’s Father, Ke Bona Spoko, and Expiry Date.Mapula Mafole has also been active across her social media platforms and has been spotted on several premiere shows with his boyfriend.

The actress once opened up on her depression woes after Rhythm City was canned after 14 years. She made it known she struggled to find a job back then, leading to depression.

However, she sailed through the storm and has since bounced back with several on-screen gigs, which she has nailed perfectly.
