Cassper and Carpo’s friendship has stood the test of time, and Cassper has hinted that the secret ingredient is a desire to win together.

The pair have been friends for over 20 years, and the rapper shared a video of them training together on Instagram to show how their friendship has grown.

He explained that it all comes down to how the two have each other’s backs.

“This friendship has lasted 20 years.” We win together, we lose together, we gain weight together, and we train together most importantly! My forever brother @carpomore is assisting me in preparing for this big TV commercial I’m shooting soon. Can you figure out what it’s for? Here’s a hint: I own the trademark!”

Fans got a glimpse of their friendship last year on The Braai Show, as well as a different side to it when they described their upbringing and how they both survived depression.

Speaking of how much he values his friendship with Carpo, Cassper has previously stated that he was assured that his best friend would never change and begin to treat him differently because of his fame.

 

 

“These industry friendships are all a bunch of BS.” I’m grateful to have Carpo in my life. “Even when we fight and he gets on my nerves, he’s the only nigga who never switches up on me for some clout,” he said.

Cassper and Carpo used to stay together when they were first starting out in the industry, and Cassper has stated that they shared a common goal of success and making an impact in the music industry.

“We were living together because he was alone after the death of both of his parents.” We used to sit on that couch and talk about all the wonderful things we were going to do and how music would change the world. “I’m dreaming big!”
