Denise Zimba is a dancer, singer, TV host and actress best known for her role as Mary on the SABC 1 series Generations. She came into the limelight more than a decade ago as a member of the music group Fly Chix. After the band stopped working together, she started a solo career and even became a presenter on Vuzu channel ‘s V-entertainment and MTV Africa’ s Ridiculousness.

Denise has dated several celebrities in the past without success but a few years ago, she finally met her soul mate from Germany. At the beginning of the relationship she stayed in Germany for a while and even shared she is taking their language tutorials. In 2019, the couple had a daughter named, Leah Lilli-Rose Schlichtig and three years later they have tied the knot.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Their wedding was held in Cape Town and some of the celebrities in attendance were dancer Takkies maswanganye, who is also a former member of the music group Fly Chix. The matrimonial was held outside, in what looked like a garden. In the shared video, we can see Denise walking down the aisle with her father and also holding her three-year-old daughter Leah ‘s hand. After exchanging vows, the couple and all their guests moved to a beautiful designed Marquee tent, where more celebrations took place.
