Elana started to work for Outsurance when abuse allegation were set upon Katlego by his then wife. The company scrambled to change their entire advertisement and slogan to fit their new person. The transition was obviously not a clean one though as people were still disgruntled.
As recent as Monday, news of Katlego being allowed back to work on Expresso made the rounds on social media. This immediately made people want him back on the adverts as they felt like he was a much better fit for the show overall.

One excitable user wrote, “Now that Katlego Maboe is returning to the Expresso show, can we have him back on Chencha daidengš”
While another user wrote, “Outsurance should also give Katlego Maboe his job back and he deserves double from what he used to get.”
A final user wrote, “Now that Expresso brought Katlego Maboe back. Can they at least pay him for all those months he was unfairly dismissed? Also OutSurance should bring him back and chincha Elana”
I’m unsure if taking the ads away and rebranding once more with Katlego would be good for the brand. He is likely better off pursuing other means of endorsements and would be better for it. if people are showing the amount of love that they are right now, I have no doubt they’ll support him anywhere.
