Uthando Nesithembu’s MaNgwabe has finished school and started a business

The youngest of the four sister wives of businessman and polygamist Musa Mseleku recently opened a new business.

The professional nurse; told Musa that she cannot have more babies as she was busy with her studies. Now that she is done with the studies; she has started her own business.

The new business called Maqaqa Exclusive Lifestyle; was launched in Adams; south of Durban on Sunday; 6 November. It is a beauty salon with a spa, car wash and shisa nyama.

MaNgwabe has had this idea for quite a while but her studies kept her from pursuing it. She initially wanted to open a beauty spa only but soon realised that she can expand it because she had more space.

She thinks a business of this kind; is a first in this area and hopes customers will love it and support her. She is grateful for her husband’s support and his encouragement in pointing out that she needs a second source of income.

Unlike the Gumbi’s Mseleku empowers his wives and allows them to earn their own money; this is however; a choice; they can also be housewives if they want; because he provides for them.

Mangwabe told a local newspaper that she will not be fully operating the business herself as her brother will be in charge of it. She will oversee the day to day running of it.
