Ukhozi FM which is a radio station using IsiZulu medium, the radio station broadcast under the SABC licence .

Ukhozi FM went on a search looking for a brand new female presenter to join the team, from the biggining of August.

The competition known as “Winnie Mahlangu Presenter Search” saw 2034 auditionees this year and over 6000 votes casted and it all came to one. Today the station announced Londa Mbatha as the winner and the new presenter for the radio station.

Mbatha is a club DJ and a presenter/producer on campus radio Radio DUT.

Londa Mbatha will sign a one year contract with Ukhozi FM. She is the third winner from the competition as she follows the toot the last year winner Bingelela Mpanza and in 2020 Zama Mseleku was the winner of the competition.

Congratulations to Londa Mbatha for joining one of the biggest radio station in the country and we can not wait to hear her voice.
