UKhozi FM Is Still Causing Havoc For Its Competitors In Radio Listenership

Ukhozi FM is always a step ahead imitating the bird that resembles its name it is always flying high in reaching out to the people.

The media obtained information from an insider which said that the SABC is expected to announce programs that are doing well and make more people listen to the station. A few weeks ago the producers at Ukhozi FM were saying they are a million away to make it to 8million listeners. They were still busy looking at those articles that are doing well and causing the Radio station to reach such a number. The Radio Station will announce to the public the programs that have made them popular and what did it take for this big number to be reached.

 

 

 
Nada Wotshelwa an executive at SABC said that it is a pleasure to see 14 of the 20 most listened broadcasters on the SABC doing so well. Ukhozi FM is the largest of all four radio stations, followed closely by Metro FM which has 5 million listeners, 5FM with 1 million listeners, and SA FM with less than a million listeners. Radio 2000 is also one of the top 10 radio stations in the country, this means a lot and it shows that it is a powerful station. Nada went on to say this is not the only thing they were enjoying as they were doing well on the internet and people were showing confidence in this new way of listening to the Radio.
