T’zozo, a Durban Kwaito legend, has disclosed that two further KwaZulu-Natal artists have been admitted to hospitals. The announcement follows the passing of former Big-Nuz member and Babes Wodumo’s husband Mampintsha and the hospitalization of L’vovo following their strokes a short time ago.
After suffering a stroke while performing in Ndwedwe, KwaZulu-Natal, musician L’vovo Derrango has been admitted to the hospital and Mampintsha who also suffered a stroke unfortunately passed away on Saturday.
Kwaito legend T’zozo told MDN News that the province’s entertainment community is in need of prayers. He urged the public to pray for them and stated they are still unable to release the names of the artists who are in hospitals. The publication tweeted about the prayer request video made by T’zozo.
On social media, many expressed their wishes for a quick recovery and some speculated that something they all may have consumed may have caused their illness.
