Entertainment Commentator Phil Mphela has revealed that the Scandal and House Of Zwide has dethroned Generations as the most viewed soapie. This comes after the spike in ratings they managed to pull in last month. Scandal pulled in 5.3 million whilst The House Of Zwide scored 4.9 million. Generations came forth with 4.7 million viewers in July.

Uzalo is still occupying the 1st spot

As per the latest reports, Uzalo is still dominating as the most watched show. They have recently announced a new cast which includes Thembi Nyandeni, Omuhle Gela and others. Teasers have revealed that Nkuzi might have his long awaited exit from the show (But i doubt that the production would be willing to let go of such a talented actor).

Scandal has top tire content

Based on the comments and reaction on sock media – Scandal is always trending week in well out. This shows that it has a loyal fanbase of viewers that stay glued to their screens everyday. It’s obvious that the competition remains fierce and some shows are suffering. Earlier on we reported that Muvhango ratings declined – which raised a lot of eye brows about its future.
