Cassper Nyovest and Tshego’s beef seems to have been re-ignited by a very distraught Tshego who wants what’s due to him. Today Tshego revealed that he has not been a paid anything for his music that he reportedly released whilst under Cassper’s label Family Tree.

Even though the deal between he and Family Tree was never ‘formal,’ many were lead to believe that he was referring to Cassper as this would not be the first time there was ever bad blood between them.
Twitter became a mess this morning when it was speculated that DJ Sumbody is allegedly suing Cassper for fraud charges. A few moments later Tshego drops another bomb indirectly accusing Cassper for not paying the money due to him for his songs namely “Henessey, Garden, The Vibe, Tell Em Say, So High, Dem Ah Wind, etc.”
“If I told you I haven’t seen a single cent (sales) from Hennessy, Garden, The Vibe, Tell Em Say, So High, Dem Ah Wind, etc… What would you say? Mind you, I OWN THE MASTERS ON ALL THESE SONGS!” the rapper wrote.
Tshego has taken his wrong-doers to court, implying that he has been silent for way too long, “Been fighting a very silent legal battle. And when I win this case on Monday the humble sh*t stops.”
Tweeps flocked under his tweet trying to put two and two together regarding the legalities of their contract, with some in defense mode saying it was a verbal contract.
They even dropped files from his previous tweet where he defended Cassper saying he does not make money from his artists, labelling their deal something that’s out of the ordinary.
“I won’t lie, our deal with Family Tree is basically unheard of. Cass does not make any money from his artists right now by choice. And that allowed us to create an environment where everyone is their own boss with their own teams, but contributing to one goal..” he once tweeted.
This takes us back to their twar from last year when they engaged in a heated back and forth over the signing of artists, to which Tshego shaded Cassper saying he should not sign artists when he is not ready.
“Please don’t “sign artists” if you not ready. Let’s keep it real all the way through. The artist you sign just might have higher standards than the ones you set for yourself . Accountability, ni**as. Artists are not dogs “Sit, stay, roll over while I go to work I’ll see you when I come back”. Lmao are you fu***ng crazy. This is business not a charity,” Tshego wrote.
Cassper did not want to get into with Tshego at the time and shut him down by saying he will not entertain him.
Meanwhile Cassper responds to the claims that DJ Sumbody has sued him,
“They can keep writing about me every week!!! It has never worked and it will never work!!! Keep typing ni**as!!!! Type until your fingers are blue!!!”
