Trevor Noah to host Grammy’s for the second time

Trevor Noah will be hosting the 64th Grammy Awards ceremony in January for the second time. The event will take place at the Crypto.com Arena, the new name for the Staples Center on the 31st of January 2022.

The CEO of the Recording Academy, Harvey Mason Jr, said in a statement: “Trevor was amazing as our host for the 63rd Grammy Awards with praise from the music community, music fans and critics. We’re so excited to welcome Trevor back to the Grammy’s stage and feel fortunate to once again have him hosting what we believe will be an unforgettable evening”


 

 

 

The CEO, President and chief content officer at Paramount+-, George Creeks praised Trevor Noah for his trademark talent. “Trevor brought his trademark talent and versatility to last year March’s Grammy’s, and we can’t wait for him to host the event on CBS and Paramount+- this year” Creek said.

Trevor shared the news on American Network CBS on Wednesday morning with Gayle King. “it was fun, really, really fun. It was a great team. I was just lucky to be apart of it. We had such a good time, imagine if we had people there, how much more fun we would have had” Trevor said.

He went on “This year the Grammy’s are going to be back. Hopefully it’s going to be a full show. Everybody is going to be there. We’re excited to celebrate a record night and I’m gonna host”
