Trevor Noah went to the GalaMet event, which was a huge one, and a lot of people were present. Mary J. was also available at the event with the likes of Rihanna and her husband, Asap. But then Trevor was dragged for his new hairstyle that he debuted to the public at the event. They were not happy about it and accused him of how badly it had been done.
But without the trolls, he had taken a beautiful picture next to Dr. Ester Mahlangu’s artwork, who is from South Africa and a world-renowned painter. She worked on alcohol branding, cars, clothing, and many more. It had made the South African people happy to see her work at that high level of exposure.
But it does not really come as a surprise because she is well known for her artwork that is based on her culture. Trevor is now based in the USA, but he has not forgotten his actual home. He is an international host and comedian, and for that reason, it is well expected that he will spend a lot of time around the content.
“A final-year Industrial Design student at the University of Johannesburg, Tshepiso Motau, 21, was declared the winner of the Furniture Design Competition at a ceremony hosted by the Department of Trade, Industry and Competition (DTIC) at the Buy Local Summit in Johannesburg recently.”
“Motau, who hails from Centurion, designed an eye-catching and colourful room divider with the Ndebele patterns inspired by the internationally acclaimed artist, Dr Esther Mahlangu. The University of Johannesburg conferred an honorary doctorate on Mahlangu in April 2018. The room divider can be folded, and it comes with shelves that can be assembled and dissembled, depending on the space available.”
