This previous weekend has been a very busy one considering the fact that there was a coronation for the Zulu King Misuzulu. A lot of people came from different parts of the country to celebrate the new king. Men and women in colourful traditional outfits assembled outside the marble palace on the hills of Nongoma, a small town in KwaZulu-Natal province, the Zulu heartland.

 

 

Thousands of people gathered at the Zulu royal palace in South Africa for the coronation of a new king in the country’s richest and most influential traditional monarchy. Even celebrities, mostly those who are Zulu went to the coronation of their king. TK Dlamini is one of the most amazing stars who made an appearance at the coronation.

Ntokozo Dlamini is a popular South African actor and TV personality best known for his role as gangster mastermind Maphumulo on the TV show Uzalo. Ntokozo also made guest appearances in Rhythm City and Single Ladies. He is also an experienced host. In 2011 and 2012 he hosted the Durban Hip Hop Awards. The star went there rocking his mind blowing Zulu traditional outfit, he shared his breathtaking pictures in his Instagram account, leaving many of his followers absolutely astounded.

It’s not everyday that we get to see this amazing star wearing traditional outfits, this is just remarkable to see, other celebrities like Nomzamo Mbatha also attended the coronation and it was just a magnificent celebration, it was a ceremony that made the highlight of this whole weekend.
