It has become a norm for the Fergusons to praised at every highs, but trends to be very bad people as usual and as a company as well. All their employees seem to be close with them and praises them before the trends go down low, and then start making accusations and call them out for exploitations, when they were pretty close to them enough to speak out before they part ways.

The queen actress Zenande Mfenyane pend an appreciation note to her boss at work, Connie Ferguson.
