Nozuko hosts a lavish party to celebrate being on top. Msimelelo makes a big mistake when he takes on Hlumelo. Nobomi feels there’s no place for her in Gqeberha anymore, while Thulani finds courage in the most unlikely person.

Thulani is at a crossroads, forced to decide whether or not to fight for everything he’s ever loved. The Makwetus are dealt a hard blow by Hlumelo, while Msimelelo carries secret burdens. Msimelelo wants to do right by Ntando, so Ntando tells him there’s only one way to do that.

Hlumelo convinces Thulani to sign over everything to him. Msimelelo can’t get Funeka to forgive him. Thulani changes his mind about helping Detective Khawuta.
