[12 June 2029] “This Case Should Be Dropped And Move On” Mzansi React To Th Prolonged Case Of Senzo Meyiwa.

Due to the need for one of the defense attorneys to handle another matter, the Meyiwa trial was delayed in May. Today the 12th of June 2023, it’s another day of Senzo Meyiwa’s court case. At 10 a.m., the trial will resume with State’s attorney George Baloyi giving the opening statement and Zandile Khumalo continuing to testify. On a serious note, it feels like it’s a waste of state resources this case has been dragging on forever.

A journalist who will be reporting live in Pretoria High Court, (where the trail will take place) shared on Twitter that she will be also in court, to update people about what will be happening in the court, as Zandile, Kelly Khumalo’s sister continue to testify.

Many hopped on her post and shared that they feel like this is a was of time, saying that this case should me dropped and move on because its seems like we not going to get any justice. @Neipho commented “This case should be dropped, the Meyiwa’s must accept and try to move on now.”

Opinion: I am really devastated as we watch the miscarriage of justice take over. When the Senzo Meyiwa case started after the intervention of AfriForum, we had hope that all perpetrators would be incarcerated.
