Recently Leera Mthethwa who plays the character of Jackie Hlongwane on Gomora was spotted shopping at Marabastad in Pretoria whereby cheap and fake clothes are allegedly sold. There are other Mzansi celebrities which were also spotted allegedly wearing fake label clothes.

A social media page on Instagram with the name Fake Gucci Community SA identified as being used by a government official on it’s profile has spotted certain celebrities allegedly wearing fake labels.

Mampintsha with the name Mandla Maphumulo is a South African musician hailing from Kwazulu Natal. He is a new father to Sponge Wodumo being Babes Wodumo’s child who has been recently trending on social media for having a kids clothing brand and the release of an upcoming song to be named after him.

Maphumulo is the last to be posted from the entertainment industry after being spotted wearing a fake label hat. It was not the first time whereby he was posted and said to have allegedly worn a fake label. He was spotted allegedly wearing a fake Gucci reversable hat and recently,he was spotted wearing a fake bucket hat.

Fake Gucci Community on Instagram posted his picture with DJ Tira and wrote “Song writer and musician @mampintsha_shimora have been spotted wearing a fake bucket hat once again”.

Mampintsha is not the only celebrity who allegedly wears fake clothes. He is joined by another musician, Big Zulu. Musician, Big Zulu is most popular for recent song titled “Inhlupheko” and for appearing on Uzalo as one of gangsters. Big Zulu was spotted for also wearing a fake Gucci hat.

Brenda Mhlongo is a South African actress who plays on Imbewu after taking over from Fundiswa Zwane who was loved by many for the show’s character She is currently in prison on Imbewu in relation to getting involved into Thokozile’s evil deeds. Mhlongo was also spotted wearing fake Gucci belt with a fake bag on her hand.

Fake Gucci Community is according to it’s bio on Instagram aimed at exposing those in the public eye for wearing fake products.
