Regal relatives killed in N1 sidestep crash let go

Individuals from the Nwedamutswu Regal Family were killed when the vehicle they were going in impacted head-on with a truck on the N1 sidestep in Polokwane.

LIMPOPO – Transport MEC, Polly Boshielo told grievers of the illustrious place of Nwedamutswu and the group of Phalanndwa in Tshixwadza on September 10 that she was there to convey her sympathies after a horrendous mishap that killed 10 individuals.

“I was en route to the sitting of the Limpopo Lawmaking body on September 6 when I got a message educating me regarding the mishap and we raced to the scene. It was genuinely a terrible sight,” she commented.

Boshielo, who was joined by Thovhele Ratshibvumo II Rammbuda, addressed to loved ones who assembled in Tshixwadza Sports Ground to say goodbye to the 10 survivors of the impact, which included individuals from the Nwedamutswu Regal Family, and a neighbour.

Transport MEC, Polly Boshielo tended to grievers.

She said the reason for the episode is still up in the air.

As per reports, individuals from the Nwedamutswu regal family, family members and companions were going in an SUV from a family burial service in Gauteng and the mishap occurred returning when the vehicle they were going in impacted head-on with a truck on the N1 sidestep in Polokwane.

A neighbour and companion to the imperial place of Nwedamutswu were likewise killed.

During the memorial service on Saturday, Annah Nwedamutswu (90), the widow to the late customary pioneer, Boss Samuel Nwedamutswu, Doreen Nwedamutswu (38), Gordon Nwedamutswu (46), Tshedza Phalanndwa (29) and Othathile (2) were covered in Tshixwadza, some were covered in Shoshanguve, while others were covered in Mpumalanga and the Eastern Cape.

 

 

 

 

The director of the Nwedamutswu Regal Board, Dr Laune Kone said the families were as yet disheartened as they departed they were covering were not wiped out, yet met a less than ideal passing.
