BREAKING NEWS: The High Court in Bloemfontein has DISMISSED Dr. Nandipha Magudumana’s application for leave to appeal.

Dr. Nandipha wrote an appeal letter after she felt the need to challenge the South African justice system. Reportedly the top contributor to the jailbreak plan of her boyfriend, Bester Thabo allegedly believes that she was wrongful arrested without following the protocol.

 

Reportedly, she was arrested in Tanzania after she escaped from South Africa with her boyfriend. The Tanzania law enforcement apprehended the could and immediately got them deported back to their country.

“I am not persuaded another court will come to a different conclusion. Application for leave to appeal is dismissed” said Judge Loubser

According to Mfundo321 Dr. Nandipha Magudumane have been arrested, she decided not to apply for bail; hence it was getting postponed until she stopped and attempted another way to get her charges eased. Unfortunately, the crime she committed are allegedly bigger than what the law enforcement have done.

Reportedly, she doesn’t understand that what she did was wrong, she helped a very dangerous man to escape prison. She violated the constitution of South Africa. Thabo ruined people’s lives when he scammed them. He also murdered a woman and, moreover, Katlego Bereng is dead.

That’s what we expected, by the way. The court is afraid to rule in Dr.’s favor simply because this matter is in the public domain and, again, courts are captured. It’s not a surprise, said GM Sky.

Her application for an appeal has yet again been dismissed by the court. She should focus on bail application instead.
