“The big brand, Ferguson Films. Connie and Shona’s Legacy” said Connie’s sister on social media.

The late Shona Ferguson and his wife Connie Ferguson launched their television company FERGUSON FILMS in 2010. The company produced the very first drama series for Mzansi Magic. The hit drama continued to have successful seasons later on launching many stars into the SA entertainment industry.

The couple has always been known for being one of the most incredible and hard working couples in the South African entertainment industry. They worked very hard to build their legacy and they have done a really great job, creating jobs for talented stars in Mzansi and inspiring young people to never give up on their dreams no matter what.

As of 2021, they have produced Rockville, iGazi, The Gift, The Throne, The Herd, The Queen, The River and The Imposter. In 2020, they produced a Netflix six-part series called Kings of Joburg. Despite the passing on Shona, the company will still stand strong and grow even bigger as time goes by as the family also mentioned that the SHO still goes on.

Shona’s Legacy with Connie will still live on and Connie Ferguson’s sister also confirmed this in one of her posts on social media, as she captioned her post: “The big brand, Ferguson Films. Connie and Shona’s Legacy”. A lot of people were moved by her post while rocking Ferguson Films jersey. Share your thoughts by leaving a comment below, like and don’t forget to hit the share button.
