Because of Busi Lurayi’s unexpected passing, Mzansi is now a terribly lonely place. Last week, the How to Ruin Christmas star’s body was found at her home. Thando Thabethe, a radio host and actress, has a video online.

One of those pals is Thando Thabethe, who co-starred with her in How to Ruin Christmas as Lurayi’s younger sister.

Thando expressed her appreciation for her time with Busi. She claimed Busi was the best in the business and nobody could compare to her. She claimed Busi was unyielding and that she was aware of her value. Lurayi was someone who spoke up and made sure she was heard, according to Thabethe. Busi, according to her, laughed and played a lot.

Beautifully capturing their relationship is the video. These two openly expressed their affection for one another while driving and singing and laughing.

On July 20th, Busi Lurayi was laid to rest. Some of her closest colleagues in the business gave her heartfelt condolences and praised what a shining example she was. Busi was praised for being among the most devoted and enjoyable individuals.

Since she was set to make her television debut on the ETv soap opera Scandal, her passing came as a shock. Busi gained notoriety on City Ses’la as Themba’s eccentric girlfriend Phumzile. She also took part in the Ses’Top la spinoff. Many people were unaware that Thuli Thabethe, who currently plays Puleng on Lingashoni, replaced Lurayi after she departed City Ses’la. Thando Thabethe is not related to Thuli.

Not just Thando, but also Mandla N, who portrayed Busi’s husband on Ses’Top la, remembers Busi for her courageous attitude. Busi’s Aunt claims that on the day she was found dead, she didn’t return any of her calls, which was simply out of character for her because, according to her, Busi typically required extensive phone conversations with her.

Lurayi’s father and she went to her apartment to find her after she claims to have begun to panic and phone him. Just as Netflix was preparing viewers for the third installment of How to Ruin Christmas, Busi passes away. Since Lurayi had quit the production, she would no longer be involved.
