Suzan From Muvhango’s Tells Her Painful Story

Maumela Mahuwa was reared in Limpopo by her grandmother and aunt. Her mother was not always around, and she saw her father for the first time after her brother died. The Muvhango actress, on the other hand, made it clear that she does not detest her father. “I had a tough upbringing. My mother abandoned me for five years when I was a tiny child, and my only brother and I did not stay together. I went in with relatives when my mother abandoned me. He’d come over to see how I was doing. He taught me things that my mother should have taught me, which is why he was the only one to whom I felt connected “She elaborated.

She said that her relatives had neglected and mistreated her on occasion. “I remember they used to leave without me when they went on vacation,” I was told, but I was ignored. They would occasionally leave me hungry. My family was never fully supportive of me. “One of my uncles took me in and let me live with him for a few years,” she went on. The actress was alienated from her mother, who is now deceased, as a result of these and other factors.

“My mum never told me she loved me until I was in my 30s.” When she died, we weren’t especially close, but we were on good terms.” Unfortunately, there was more to come for the actress. She eventually visited her father when her sibling was killed in an accident. Despite her best efforts, her relationship with her father remains tense. “My father and I didn’t get along as well as my brother. My brother had set up a meeting with our father, whom I had never met. Unfortunately, my brother was killed in a car accident just as we were about to reconnect with him.
