Mame Niang is a highly-rated Senegalese soccer player who previously played for Mamelodi Sundowns and also SuperSport United.

The former Mamelodi Sundowns striker retired from the professional football three years ago. He was only 35 years old when he decided to call it a day.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

During his professional football career, Mame Niang actually played for more than 10 teams. That is when you include the clubs he played for while he was still in Europe and those he played for here in Africa.

The 38-year old did not spend much time in his home country while he was still a footballer.

Mame Niang actually played for only AS Sucriere and ASC Jaraaf in Senegal, before moving to Mzansi when he joined Moroka Swallows.

The former Mamelodi Sundowns striker was signed by the Dube birds back in 2005 from ASC Jaraaf.

Mame Niang did not spend more than one year in the same club during his football career.
