South African Rapper Lamiez Holworthy Inspires by Adopting 30 Homeless Children

South Africa’s celebrated rapper, Lamiez Holworthy, has left many inspired after sharing on her Instagram timeline that she adopted 30 homeless children in 2019. According to Lamiez, she has been blessed with many miracles after giving hope to the 30 struggling children.

Lamiez is responsible for providing her children with shelter, food, clothes, and education without the help of sponsors or donors. She has been looking after her children for five years now, and her life has not been the same.

In a heartfelt Instagram post, Lamiez wrote, “With a dream of always having my own orphanage, I adopted 30 orphans in 2019 and have taken care of them with zero funding and zero sponsors since. I’ve been blessed and lucky enough to finally find a space that we’ve slowly been transforming into a dream home for my kiddies, and I can’t tell you just how happy this makes me.”

Lamiez went on to reveal that she had shied away from posting about her journey in order to protect the dignity of her kids. However, she realized that she didn’t have to walk this journey alone and asked her friends at Bathu_SA to donate brand new school shoes and sneakers for her children.
Many have called Lamiez crazy for taking on such a huge responsibility with the state of the country’s economy and all that is happening around her. However, she finds comfort in knowing that Modimo Le Badimo Baka would not plant such a big dream in her without giving her the resources to make it happen.

Lamiez’s journey has been one of dedication and love, and her selfless act of adopting 30 children has inspired many. She has become a shining light in a world filled with so much darkness.

In a video that she shared on Instagram, Lamiez proudly shows off her children and their new school shoes and sneakers. The pure joy on her children’s faces is a testament to the positive impact that Lamiez has had on their lives.
