South African actress Sophie Ndaba took her social media followers down memory lane and posted an old photo of her on the set of Generations as seen in a post shared on Wednesday 20 December. She then hinted at stepping back behind the camera which had her comment section flooding with lovely messages from her fans.

Beloved actress, Sophie Ndaba had social media buzzing after hinting that she’ll be getting back to acting. She teased her social media friends and followers and told them to expect something “new” in 2024. The post was accompanied by a throwback photo of herself alongside her former co-stars Connie Ferguson (who played the character of Karabo Moroko) and Leleti Khumalo (who played Busi Dlhomo) on Generations.
“Looking back at the genesis of my career, I look at my queens who not only brought in their top-notch talent totally fab and sensational, but this also reminds me that there is no limit to this talent-filled industry! Stay tuned for 2024 as I have fun once again but new and different everything,” Ndaba said.
Ndaba played the role of Queen Moroka on Generations for 21 years before her departure from the iconic soapie. The actress was among 16 cast members who were axed after striking for better salaries sand contracts, Mail & Guardian reported.
