Somizi Mhlongo Motaung is acknowledged as South African actor, media personality and choreographer. He was born on 23rd December 1972 in Soweto, Johannesburg in Gauteng Province. He was raised by his parents veteran actress Mary Thwala and comedian Ndaba Mhlongo they both passed away. He has a bright future ahead of him and he is hardworking and dedicated to his career. Through the influence of his parents, he became exposed to the entertainment industry at a young age.
< He is known for being one of the judges on Idols SA reality competition show on Mzansi Magic. He has captured the hearts of many viewers through his skills and he is doing excellent work. He became lead choreographer for numerous shows and events including the opening and closing ceremonies for the 2010 FIFA World Cup and 2013 Africa Cup of Nations.
