Ricky Rick’s death came as a shock to many South Africans, his death was a rude awakening for people to check up on their friends regularly.

Before Ricky passed, he had a great relationship with many celebrities and Somizi Mhlongo was one of his friends, during one of his episodes on the 5th season of living the dream with Somizi, he expressed how Ricky’s passing affected him.

 

 

 

 

Somizi detailed that Ricky’s passing did not sit well with him and that he was not OK. He further explained that on the night that he heard of Ricky’s passing, he had a vivid dream of Ricky saying something to him.

Somizi said that “I had a dream about Riky tweeting me… stop posting lies about me, I woke up all excited.” unfortunately, Somizi was hit by the sad reality that Ricky Rick had indeed passed on and would not be returning to the world.
