A Johannesburg teen has bragged about being gifted a luxury car just days before his Matric results were released.

But luckily for the learner, his R1 million car was not in vain after he bagged a phenomenal pass!

The teen – who uses the Twitter handle @nkomotsanekeba – revealed that his parents have splurged a fortune on a post-Matric gift.

He tweeted on Monday, 16 January: “Since my parents trust me, they bought me this as ‘congratulations in advance’”

In the pic – which had tweeps seeing green – the teen posed in a blue Audi S4. According to Cars.co.za , the luxury car is valued at over R1 million!

But the teen’s confidence – and hard work – paid off. Updating his Twitter followers, he shared a screenshot of his Matric results on Friday.

In it, the teen revealed he had achieved a Bachelor’s Degree pass with five distinctions in Civil Technology, English, Life Orientation, Mathematics, and Physical Science.

The teen also revealed his goal of being “independent” and “working for myself”.
