Snoop Dogg’s daughter Cori Broadus suffered ‘severe stroke’

‘I HAD A SEVERE STROKE THIS MORNING’
In an Instagram Story posted on Thursday, Cori candidly opened up about her medical emergency. The rapper’s daughter added, “I had a severe stroke this am”.

In the post she added a photo of herself lying in a hospital bed and shared how she broke down when hospital staff told her that she suffered from a stroke.

 
“I started breaking down crying when they told me”, Cori noted.

While Broadus did not give any additional details about her diagnosis, in a follow-up post, she questioned what she did to deserve “all of this” at 24-years-old.

“Like I’m only 24 what did I do in my past to deserve all of this”, Cori Broadus expressed.

SNOOP DOGG’S DAUGHTER CORI DIAGNOSED WITH LUPUS
At six-years-old Cori was diagnosed with lupus. According to Mayo Clinic Lupus is “a disease that occurs when your body’s immune system attacks your own tissues and organs (autoimmune disease)”.

Mayo Clinic continues: “Inflammation caused can affect many different body systems, including your joints, skin, kidneys, blood cells, brain, heart and lungs.

There is no cure for the inflammatory disease, but there are treatments that can help control symptoms. Symptoms consist of fatigue, fever, skin lesions, joint pain, stiffness and swelling, butterfly-shaped rash on the face, chest pain, memory loss, shortness of breath, headaches, Fingers and toes that turn white or blue when exposed to cold or during stressful periods, just to name a few.

Lupus affects so many organs in the body and can also increase the risk of a stroke.
