Skeem Saam actress Innocent Sadiki and her husband recently celebrated their thirteenth wedding anniversary. Innocent tied the knot with her husband in 2010, when she was just 22 years old.

Reflecting on their journey, Innocent expressed her gratitude for finding the love of her life.

“We are still going strong,” said the actress. “I feel so blessed to have found the love of my life. Thirteen years married to my lover and best friend.”

Her husband, Phindu Sadiki, acknowledged that their marriage hasn’t always been smooth sailing. However, he attributed their success to the grace of God.”

 

“Thank you, Lord, for this wonderful powerhouse. If it hadn’t been for your favour, Lord, we wouldn’t be standing. Innocent Sadiki I love you, hun; let’s keep pushing, and I’ll keep carrying you by the bum.”

In July of this year, Innocent Sadiki was ordained as a senior pastor, adding a significant dimension to her already accomplished career.

Celebrating this momentous occasion, Sadiki expressed her gratitude, saying, “What a spirit-filled ordination.” With 16 years of preaching and a decade of jointly leading a church alongside her husband, she emphasized that all credit for her journey belongs to God.

To commemorate this special moment, she shared Isaiah 60:22 from the Bible, a verse that proclaims the transformation of the smallest family into a multitude and the tiniest group into a powerful nation. The verse speaks of God’s timing and divine intervention in making such remarkable changes possible.
