The interviews have been done and all the candidates Evelyn, Manaka and Magongwa are ready to hear their fate. Mr Desando only wants what is best for the school and the learners of Turf High. Everyone wants this position because they are hungry for power.

 
Magongwa sabotaged his chances to be the new principal. He did not answer the questions that were needed from him. It will be very devastating for him not to get this position. He tried for many years to get this position, will they give it to him? Magongwa will not be a good principal, I think he is right as a deputy he needs to support other people and not look down on them.

Evelyn has a depression, and she is very emotional, she is definitely not ready to take on that seat. She needs to have at least 2 years experience at Turf High.
