Mantulis pride does not allow her to apologise to Meikie, because currently Mrs Kgomo is trying to convince her, but she sees better to stop talking to mr Kgomo, according to Mantuli, Meikie Maputla is the one who suppose to come to her and ask for forgiveness because she nearly killed them both.

And she does not know that Mrs Kgomo wants her to make a peace with Meikie, because she is the one who wronged her, according to Mrs Kgomo Mantuli was supposed to reveal the secrets long time ago because she says she slept with John Maputla because she makes friend with Meikie.

The worst part is that Mantuli knew that John has a wife and kid, so telling Meikie before it was going to make things easy, so the problem it that Mantuli kept secret.
