Actor Siyabonga Radebe Admitted To A Mental Health Clinic Just Months After Dumping ‘Uzalo’

 

 
Seasoned South African actor Siyabonga Radebe has reportedly been admitted to a mental health clinic.

Siyabonga Radebe who portrayed the villainous role of Vikizitha Magwaza, in the popular SABC1 soapie Uzalo is alleged to be suffering from mental illness.

Isolezwe, reports that Siyabonga’s mental health is in a bad state. The publication reports that he was once seen wandering around naked at the mental facility. According to a source inside the hospital, revealed that Siyabonga appears to be mentally disturbed.

“He appears to be a very mentally disturbed person,” said a source inside the hospital revealed.

Another source, reveals that community members in his hometown used to see him talking to himself while walking alone.

“He was seen walking down the street wearing a gown and holding a cup of tea. He was not walking a short distance with that cup and gown. We suspect that something has disturbed his mind as he is a person who often seems to have a lot on his mind,” the source revealed.

This is not the first time he has been alleged to be mentally disturbed. Before his big break on Uzalo, there were rumours circulating alleging he was losing his mind.

Siyabonga Radebe, however, denied the claims that he’s going crazy and stated that he’s a writer and sometimes writes songs that he sings on the streets.

Meanwhile, this comes a couple of months after he dumped Uzalo after being with the show for six months.

Up until now, it is not clear why Siyabonga left Uzalo.
