Simphiwe Ngema changes her surname on Instagram. Simz Ngema and her baby daddy Tino Chinyani have just come out with their relationship. The two announced that they have broken up back in 2021. They have recently started to post each other again however it is not know at thjs point whether they were never broken up or if they got back together recently.

Things seem to be serious as Simphiwe Ngema changed her surname on Instagram to “Chinyani”. A fan noticed this and commented on one of Simz posts. They said that they loved the surname change. Others said they would have never noticed it and loved how Simz was quiet about it and the possible marriage. Tino Chinyani also a picture of himself and Simz Ngema and he used the eternity emoji. It seems like the two have just got serious and they are probably married or on thr road to marriage.
