The star took to his Twitter to call out sport, arts and culture minister Nathi Mthethwa saying artists are not getting what they are supposed to.
According to him, he stated he has initially submitted a proposal to the minister.
In his Twitter thread, Shimza mentioned the proposal he submitted was for artists to be able to continue performing by televising their events.
