Bianca Naidoo, the late Ricky Rick’s wife, has won a court battle to have the Home Affairs Department recognize her as the rapper’s wife.

 

This comes after she was forced to seek legal assistance in order to be recognized as the executor of her late partner’s estate.

According to media reports, the Department of Home Affairs initially refused to recognize her as Ricky’s legal wife.

This was due to the fact that Bianca, who has a child with Riky Rick, was not legally married to him. In her court papers, she argued that, while she was not married to Ricky, their long-term relationship was, for all intents and purposes, a marriage. She also claimed that their families had accepted their relationship as one of a married couple.

Bianca is set to be the executor of Ricky’s estate after winning the court battle with Home Affairs, allowing her to inherit the late rapper’s properties.

Ricky passed away in February 2022. He had been living alone in his house while his wife and children were staying at another location.

He was unable to leave a will prior to his untimely death, which was a huge mistake for which he was later criticized on social media.
