The Transport Department along with the police have been issuing warnings to South Africans to be responsible on the road since the festive started, but the pair thought it was cute to shoot content anywhere they feel like,” adds the source. In a tweet (now X), the Road Traffic Management Corporation (RTMC) said the behaviour displayed by Naki was “grossly responsible on a public road”. Charges that the RTMC could possibly bring against him include:

– Obstructing traffic,

– Negligent driving (section 63 of the NRTA 93 of 1996),

– This offence warrants an arrest.

The RTMC said: “We strongly condemn this action,? with their spokesperson Simon Zwane adding that, ?This incident happened in Cape Town.? He did not comment any further.
