Senzo Meyiwa’s trial has been adjourned until 11:30 following the second docket that has been presented to the court.

It has been said that Advocate Mshololo was the one who received the docket in the first place which she disputes to be false. However, Advocate Mshololo was angry because the court was lying to her saying that she knew about the docket. She also feels that the accused number 5 rights have been violated.

@Pn Master:If I remember correctly,the judge said he cannot deal with a docket that is not before him. That was when Adv Teffo raised the issue of the second docket. Now the judge is silent when Adv Mshololo says she will lead cross examination regarding the same docket.
